Terms and Conditions for Freight Forwarding Services

Five Marine Transport B.V., registered in the Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87828189, acts exclusively in its capacity as a freight forwarder.

All our activities are governed by Dutch law and the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Fenex Conditions). These conditions have been filed by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics with the registries of the district courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam. The most recent version shall always apply, including the arbitration clause, which stipulates that the arbitration tribunal shall apply the CMR Convention to agreements for the international carriage of goods by road (Article 23 of the Fenex Conditions). Upon your first request, we will provide you with a copy of the Fenex Conditions free of charge.

The full text of the Fenex Conditions in English, German and French can also be downloaded here or via the website www.tln.nl. We expressly reject all general terms and conditions of our contractual counterparties unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to their applicability.
